Dionisio Hernandez
Mr. Hernandez was formerly Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain of a Fortune 50 company. Has over 29 years of supply chain, internal inventory control, and operational internal audit experience, and has been directly responsible for the development of offshore Inventory Control Departments, which today support, control and monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory movements throughout the manufacturing and distribution centers environment. In his 29 years of supply chain professional he has extensive experience in senior management, operational assessment, development and implementation of inventory controls, process mapping, training, and performing evaluation of inventory system, as well as directing and executing corporate projects.
Global experience includes responsibility for the inventory controls of materials from factories in the United States, Mexico, Central America, South America, Caribbean and Asia.
Work experience includes extensive international travel to support organizational transitions, product manufacturing and procurement from the western hemisphere. Work in the industries of commercial vehicle & truck, glass container, textiles and apparel, and in the banking operations. Prior companies worked at Resource Global Professionals (consultant at Cummins Turbo Engines), Hanesbrands Inc., Sara Lee Corporation, Anchor Glass, and JP Morgan Chase. Also current member of The Association for Operations Management (APICS) and of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) plus is fully bilingual (Spanish).
