We work with our customers from within to design the best solutions and cost effective ways to achieve inventory record accuracy and to improve internal inventory controls in the process of material handling.

 

We are a specialized group that works with companies that have lack of inventory record inaccuracy and internal inventory controls within the manufacturing and distribution centers.  Our goal is to implement effective internal inventory controls and achieve inventory accuracy levels where our customer can manage their inventories more effectively and efficiently and in the process improve their bottom line financial figures.

 

We have combined experience of 48 years working in internal operational audits and supply chain internal inventory controls in the areas of manufacturing and distribution centers.  We have bilingual (Spanish) staff to assist in trainings and translation of documents, plus provide offshore supporting staff in the field of material management.

 

As a fully Independent Consultant, our services are affordable.  We focus on detailed improvements that lower operational costs and increase your ability to service your customers.  Small projects are also welcome.  We are members of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and The Association for Operations Management (APICS).
